2. Cruise Schedule & Departure

• The cruise operates according to the schedule and departure arrangements confirmed at the time of booking.

• Guests must arrive at the designated pier and check-in point within the time stated on their booking confirmation.

• The cruise will depart as scheduled and may not be able to wait for late-arriving guests.

• Missing the cruise due to late arrival or failure to reach the designated pier on time is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

3. Departure Pier

• The departure pier is subject to the cruise programme selected at the time of booking.

• Guests must follow the pier and boarding instructions stated on their booking voucher.

• The Indian buffet programme may operate from a designated pier that differs from other Chao Phraya Princess cruise programmes.

4. Dinner & Indian Menu

• The package includes an Indian buffet dinner where specifically stated in the selected booking.

• Menu items may vary depending on availability and operational arrangements.

• Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options may be available, subject to the confirmed menu.

• Guests with food allergies or specific dietary requirements should inform HolidayKart at the time of booking.

5. Seating

• Seating is allocated by the cruise operator according to availability and operational arrangements.

• Specific table or seat numbers cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.

• Guests travelling together should provide the correct number of guests under the same booking wherever possible.

6. Entertainment

• Entertainment, performers, music, programme sequence, and activities may change without prior notice due to operational requirements.

7. Weather & River Conditions

• The cruise operates subject to weather, river conditions, safety requirements, and local regulations.

• The cruise operator may alter the route, schedule, boarding arrangements, or other operational aspects when necessary.

• Such changes made for safety or operational reasons do not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must carry their booking voucher or confirmation during the cruise.

• Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated pier on time.

• Appropriate and respectful behaviour is expected throughout the cruise.

• Guests must follow instructions issued by the cruise crew and venue staff.

9. Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including passports, mobile phones, cameras, wallets, and valuables.

• HolidayKart and the cruise operator are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

10. Children & Infants

• Children and infants are subject to the applicable ticketing and cruise policies.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children and infants throughout the cruise.

11. Transportation

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off are included only if specifically stated in the selected package.

• Where transfers are included, pick-up times may vary depending on hotel location, traffic, and operational arrangements.

• Guests are responsible for being ready at the confirmed pick-up location and time.

12. Liability

• HolidayKart acts as a booking facilitator for the Chao Phraya Princess Dinner Cruise and the services included in the selected package.

• HolidayKart is not responsible for delays, traffic, cruise schedule changes, route changes, weather conditions, river conditions, pier changes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Any refund, rescheduling, or alternative arrangement will be subject to the applicable cruise operator's policy.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy, Child & Infant Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before the Cruise

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cruise departure time are eligible for a full refund, subject to the booking conditions.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cruise departure are non-refundable.

3. Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show

• Same-day cancellations are 100% non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided for guests who fail to arrive at the designated pier on time.

• No refund will be provided for guests who miss the cruise due to late arrival.

• No refund will be provided for unused services due to personal reasons or changes in travel plans.

4. Date Changes & Rescheduling

Requests to change the cruise date must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure and are subject to availability and approval by the cruise operator.

Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations and will be non-refundable.

5. Cruise Cancellation by Operator

If the cruise operator cancels the cruise before departure due to unsafe weather, river conditions, operational issues, government restrictions, or other circumstances, HolidayKart will assist with the applicable rescheduling or refund offered by the cruise operator.

6. Route or Programme Changes

Changes to the cruise route, sightseeing views, entertainment, performers, menu items, or seating arrangements do not automatically qualify for a refund where the cruise operates as scheduled.

7. Dinner Menu Changes

The Indian buffet menu may change due to food availability, operational requirements, or other circumstances.

A change to individual menu items does not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. Pier Changes

If the cruise operator changes the designated boarding pier, guests will be informed where reasonably possible.

Guests are responsible for following the updated boarding instructions. Failure to reach the revised pier on time may be treated as a no-show and will be non-refundable.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time required for the refund to reach the guest's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

10. Final Cancellation Terms

The cancellation conditions stated on the booking confirmation or cruise voucher will apply to the specific reservation. Where special promotional or cruise-operator-specific conditions apply, those conditions will prevail.
